I can truly say I miss Dunkin Donuts. I live in a part of the country that doesn't have any around. I grew up with Dunkin and now I know I truly have missed them.

I've generally had decent experiences. It's a hit or miss depending on the time of day. The staff I've met so far have been quite nice.
I'm just posting so everyone is aware that the $3 medium cold brew promotion doesn't work as an in-store purchase here. At least, when I tried to redeem the offer, they said it doesn't work (no effort to manual override or read the terms on the app that contradicted their excuses). Mobile ordering with this promotion at this location works, though, so if you want the $3 cold brew here (until 4/26) order it on the app.

My visit was around 12 midnight. Hadn't been in yrs The counter lady was really nice. 4 Stars for her! She gave me free donuts bc they were pitching them. I did make a purchase. The older male Latino guy seemed bothered & didn't acknowledge any of my questions but he spoke to the male customers.

Fast to take orders , slow to get them out which leaves lines super congested to pick up food. Parking is horrific.

Great location plenty of seating. Place is spotless just be aware of parking and wandering off. They have people watching ready to tow
