We love the Bagelry!! Best bagels in the area. We regularly come with our son who loves their blueberry bagels. We love how the staff interacts with him.

Customer service was really fast and you can tell that the bagels are really fresh! They're also selling "yesterday bagels" for cheap which further confirms that the bagels are freshly made. Probably top 3 bagel franchise of the best bagels I've ever had.

Wife and I made a small detour while I’m Washington DC to try the Old Bay Bagel. We ended up trying 4 different ones and everyone was amazing! If I lived in this area, this would be my morning stop nearly everyday. Must check out if you’re anywhere near here. The Old Bay, Banana Nut and Everything Bagel were best we ever had.

I was craving a delicious bagel for dayssss finally found this spot and it did not disappoint.

Bagels were great, lots of unique flavors and I loved the salami as a meat option. Bagels were small though and lox cream cheese was light on lox.
However- you cannot have tables for customers to stand and eat at and not have a bathroom for your customers. They have a bathroom for staff only- really put a bad mark on my experience

Update 2023: still the best place to get a bagel in the silver spring area. Best to get here early on Sunday or the line could be a bit long. The selection is quite generous on the bagels and sandwiches and the prices are reasonable. Big selection of fresh tasty bagels. The Nova on the run is a little pricy but very good. I must try if you like lox. The chocolate chip bagels and the cinnamon bagels are the kids favorite.

Very annoyed, love this place, but I wanted bagels for my husband birthday (memorial day) and their website says it's only closed on 3 holidays (not including memorial day). But no, they were closed. They could have at least posted something on google updates! 3 other people walked up right as I was leaving disappointed as well.
So frustrating.

This bagel store has by far the most amazing bagels in the area, worth the drive. They have been producing high quality bagels for years. They’re hard to describe, but I will try. They are soft and chewy inside but not too chewy, and crusty outside, not too large, and they use authentic flavor-able toppings and ingredients, and these are the kind of bagels that satisfy cravings, and fill tummies. They offer incredible cream cheese, and lox.
