SHOUT OUT to Braxton…I had an issue with my refund and Braxton took the initiative to resolve the issue. I’m also a Brooklyn girl with a blunt attitude and a low tolerance for anything pretentious. * Braxton was receptive and therefore able to take control of the situation. You gotta give credit to someone who has the capacity to transform a negative situation into a positive one. Even if the customer is impatient. That is called skills. Because HE DIDN’T REACT…HE ACTED. He didn’t allow the negative situation nor my attitude to affect him. Instead, he came from a good place…and good energy is contagious. 🙏🏾

Been here a couple times but today Kayla made my experience special. She took initiative to ensure my satisfaction. The other employee came out from the back not fully aware of the situation but as I was explaining it to her she was just unprofessional and was even argumentative despite there being other customers around. When Kayla noticed that the scenario was getting worse, she quickly jumped in to mediate and quickly resolved the issue. That’s leadership. This type of quality customer service is what brings customers back and keep us loyal. Kayla was also on the forefront managing everything. From taking orders, blending smoothies and managing the cashier register alone as if she had 10 hands. I was impressed, because she did it so swiftly and with grace. Kayla is also genuine in her deliverance, which is always memorable and appreciated. Thank You!

They were really quick and effective in getting my order though it was busy. The placement of these tire doesnt allow for outside sitting directly by the store but there is a town center by it so that you can walk around or sit by the center and hang out. It's in a very nice placement and good for a nice catch up and catch a smoothie spot. Everyone there I have ever interacted with has been really nice. I really like going to this smoothie king.

On Friday April 5th, my boyfriend and I arrived to smoothie king at 8:55 pm just a little shy around the time of closing. The two girls one named Gemma and the other a name that began with an L (shift leader) although they were cleaning and closing the store, still provided us with excellent customer service. They were attentive and extremely polite. I truly appreciated their hospitality considering it was not only the beginning of the weekend but the store was literally about to close! These girls were great and I hope they get some type of recognition for their hard work. THANK YOU GIRLS

Second time at this location and as always I am satisfied. They open no matter, rain, shine, snow or none the staff here are nice. They make sure your smoothie tastes great and that is important. I will continue to come here since the place here is clean as well. I can say the menu is a bit overwhelming but all the smoothies sound so good.
