Great place to grab some food. Very clean atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got seated immediately, and a waitress grabbed our drink orders shortly after being seated.

Our family usually go there to celebrate any and everything. Good prices, good food and we always seem to just sit around and talk after we eat. It's also pretty close to home.

Ordered carry out over the phone. Quick and courteous. Food was hot and ready when I picked it up. The short stack of chocolate chip pancakes and scrambled eggs were fresh and delicious.

We went here for breakfast. I ordered the strawberry and banana pancakes and build your own omelette. The pancakes were good and sweet enough that they didn’t need syrup. The omelette was substantial and large enough from two people.
The quiet of the restaurant gradually disappeared as more families showed up.
I’m glad we missed the rush and influx of customers.

I loved the fruit cup. The fruit was ripe.
I tried the avocado toast with semi-dried tomatoes. So good.
Also I had two piping hot pancakes with whipped butter and syrup. It was delicious.

I hadn't been to IHOP in quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised at their expanded menu. We visited after church when they were quite busy and our wait was lengthy. But I took advantage of the 55+ special and was quite pleased with my meal. Our server was rushed, but she was excellent! I dinged them one star because the coffee wasn't that good and this was brunch for goodness sakes! I might have to visit again when I want a quick bite and can figure out when they are not as busy.

Last time we were here a year ago, we had such a bad experience that we hadn’t been back since. My husband decided we should give it another try and I got to tell y’all everything was perfect.
Service was fast, customer service was great and food was delicious!

Service was great. I came in on the weekend so of course it was busy. Once we were seated, our orders were taken right away. Food was made quickly. It was hot, well done, I can’t complain about the service. We ordered the Strawberry Banana French Toast Combo and the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancake Combo.
My iced coffee with French vanilla tasted really weird, it didn’t taste like coffee at all. That was the only downside so I don’t recommend. There’s plenty of free parking. Location is clean.
It was overheard from staff that the manager takes all the orders so he can take majority of tips. I don’t know if it’s true but that really didn’t sit well with me so that’s why this is getting 4 stars. I would have given this location 5 stars but I can see this being true because the manger did take all the orders. Majority of staff are Latinos and don’t speak fluent English so I can see why he would have to step in due to the language barrier but I hope folks are being paid fairly regardless.
