One of the employees was super rude when we went into the dining room because "it was closed" for construction, except there was no sign on the door and nothing was locked, and she yelled at my fiance so loud I heard it while I was in the bathroom. My quesdilla was cold and cheese wasn't even close to melted (how is that even a thing?), pop was awful, tacos were cold, and we had missing items. Waiting in the drive through, it smelled like actual feces. So there's that too. -1 stars would be my rating if it was possible.

Shout out to the young ladies working drive-thru today. I see a lot of negative reviews about fast food in general, and I have to say service does seem to be lacking nowadays, but these young ladies were pleasant, smiling and provided great service even though it was the end of the lunch period and I am sure that they had dealt with nice and not so nice customers. GREAT JOB

Have ordered food from here via Door Dash several times and every single time they forget part of the order. This time i ordered 3 burritos, a drink and 2 cinnamon twists and they forgot everything but the burritos. How do you forget half the order? Its really not that hard.

My daughter can’t eat much, she has a lot of food sensitivities. The ONE fast food she can eat are Taco Bell Bean Burritos. My husband just came home with our food and I opened her burrito to check it. How can you make a bean burrito with no beans. Or sauce. There were a few shreds of cheese, and lettuce actually. Buy nothing that makes a bean burrito a bean burrito! Unacceptable.

Tasty fast food for Americanized Mexican food. However, it took 5 minutes of standing at the service counter before an employee took my order & I was the only person at the counter.

This Taco Bell has to closed. You guys are giving a bad impression to other Taco Bell places. The food is so cold and always out of something. I don't know how you guys are still sustaining.
