I just door dashed an order. There was a missing item so I called the store and let them know that I was going to text the driver to see if he could bring me the missing burrito. I live in town and a previous door dash experience with a different fast food restaurant was resolved like this. Quick and easy resolve. The manager, Kevin, refused to make the missing burrito if I were to send the driver back. He said he would only make it, if door dash sent the burrito to his screen to make. I told him that's not how it works, they will refund it to my account, but he should just replace it instead, he could probably recall the order, as it was made in the last 10 minutes. He literally told me no and treated me like I was scamming for a free burrito. He even asked for a receipt, but they do not give the drivers the receipts because their prices are different than door dash prices. I paid EXTRA for the missing burrito because I bought it through door dash. I work in the service industry also, in a fast food restaurant, I would NEVER tell a customer no (unless they were being inappropriate or if the request makes me violate company policies). I was making a simple request, for him to fix their mistake. Again, he refused. I told him I was going to give him a bad review, still did not change his mind. So, Kevin, here's your bad review...you are not a good fast food manager. In the service industry, you should do everything you can to make every customer experience the best you can. That includes fixing something you or your team messes up. I wasn't asking anything out of you, the most put-out person in this situation would have been the delivery driver, having to make 2 trips. My burrito was probably still sitting there or wasn't made to begin with, so no extra cost to your company at all.

Went to Taco Bell drive through tonight to get tacos and crunch wraps for dinner. Got home and sat down to eat. One problem. They forgot to add meat to the food. There was so little meat that we had to load everything up with sauce to make it taste like we were eating something. Not sure what they’re saving it for but we sure didn’t get much. First time I’ve had vegan Taco Bell. 👎

Would give a zero star if it would let me. My daughters walked in got a table while on the phone with me and were yelled at by not just an employee but the store Manager to order something or get out!!! How unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. My daughters were only sitting there for 3 minutes waiting for money to transfer and decide what to order. When I called and confronted the store manager she didnt care at all she said it was a larger group when it was 3 girls and that the lobby is reserved for customers. THEY WERE CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE 16 they still order food that pays your wages!

We just moved into Shelton over last weekend. We had a crew of young boys moving us and when asked what they wanted for supper they responded Taco Bell. Now mind you we made this order at 9:00 at night. A $200.00 order!! Not only did they welcome it, the whole order was correct, hot and service was sooooo friendly!! Thank you Taco Bell for feeding our crew in such a wonderful welcoming manner and helping make a move less stressful!! Your AWESOME!!!

Update... Manager Gabe took care of us today. He made up for the mess up and then some. Thank you for taking care of the mistake. It's appreciated. 35 minute wait in the drive-thru tonight. No apologies. And to top it all off, we had sour cream and tomatoes in our crunch wrap (though we ordered it without) and I got about 1 strand of chicken on my chicken soft taco. Unacceptable!
