Subway

I ordered two subs to be delivered, and they sent a sub and somebody else's wrap. When I called the store, they said it was the Doordash driver's fault (did they make the food?), and that if I want the sub, I have to come get it myself... so I ordered delivery just to have to go get my sandwich? No. They told me there was no option for a refund, and they gave me an attitude, acting like I almost inconvenienced them. Never going here again.

I wouldn’t recommend. I went today and ordered 3 sandwiches and a soup. They never gave me the soup. I asked if she had put the soup in and she said yes. The sandwich wasn’t even all that because they messed up my order . I called for a refund and they hung up on me. So disappointing. Don’t recommend

This is by far the worst Subway! Do not use their app and certainly don’t go into the store for rude service. They treat customers terrible and have zero gratitude for your patronage! They are rude rude rude!! Found a piece of plastic in my child’s tuna sandwich. They did nothing and refused to refund. They don’t even apologize! I would recommend a totally different subway. The owner has yet to fire the manager and she is nasty! She must have a miserable life because she does nothing but complain. She makes mistakes with the order and doesn’t even care! Awful!

Absolutely horrible this place. the customer service is not up to par and that women with the white hair and an attitude needs to be dealt with. unnacceptable! our order was taken by another customer and the employees were rude and disrespectful. the owner needs to be fired. wont go to this one ever again. not to mention that the i was going to use the ice machine and there was black particles in the ice before i even got to put any drink in my cup.

The lady who took our order was in a pure rush, meanwhile NO ONE was behind us!! The other workers rolled their eyes and looked embarrassed because of the way she acted... Smh nice place without the negative rushing attitude.. Even put on unions right after I said no unions, but sad thing is that I didn't even feel comfortable correcting her... DON'T RECOMMEND!!! My only recommendation is that the Subway chain or who ever is above her removes her RIGHT AWAY!!! Along with all other similar comments, the place woukd be better without HER!!!

I come from the Waterbury area and occasionally get Subway when the wife is interested. Since I work in the Shelton area i thought heck, might as well give this one a try. Needless to stay this particular Subway has always been consistent, sandwiches are actually hot, toasted and well made. Today i went an hour prior to closing and not only was it made prior to the promised time but the gentleman also brought it to my vehicle despite not needing to. Exceeded my expectations. It's the small things that count.
