Panera Bread

The price and the service at this location don’t add up! I don’t know why I keep coming here—oh yea close to home! Poorly made sandwiches, forgets utensils just about every time! Coffee so hot it melted the cup and spilled all over my car! No curbside pickup area— The older guy in the morning is really nice though ☺️ The cup isn’t the time it spilled Justin another melted cup 😫

Unfortunately zero stars wasn’t an option. I went inside, to get a couple of scones, and a chocolate croissant. I waited, and waited…3 employees looked directly at me, and never said a word, did not even bother to acknowledge my presence, even after I said “customer!” I left, empty handed, and drove the block to Dunkin….where I was greeted with a hello…the second I walked in the door. Believing in second chances, we tried again, this time…the drive thru…guess what…nothing again….can’t say we had bad service…we had no service…

Upon arriving at the drive-thru at Panera Sheffield village the fellow who was taking the orders could not hear what we were saying.. could not put my phone number in for my points.. We get to the window and the gal handing the drinks out did not have the drinks which we have three large drinks pushed down and spilled it all over my husband.. Do not go to this panara. Neither one of them apologized by the way.
