This cafe was not only full of very friendly staff, but also has a great view of Sheffield's large Cathedral. The portions are very generous, and it did not at all feel overpriced even though it is right in the city centre. They provided great vegetarian and vegan options, as well as happily made meaty dishes dairy free for my partner who is lactose intolerant. The only downside is thay it wasn't open on Sunday so that we could go a second time during our weekend in Sheffield!

Excellent. We were here for a wedding reception and everything was outstanding. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, they really went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was of a very high quality, too; the pre ordered menu was delivered to the right guests with no fuss. A very, very slight issue was glassware; while there were sufficient lovely champagne flutes and wine glasses, they did sometimes need to hunt around for glasses for other drinks, although as it isn't usually a bar this is understandable. I cannot recommend Edison's highly enough. Thank you for a fantastic evening.

Had such a lovely time at Edisons, with some of us having afternoon tea and some ordering from the menu. Ian, and the team, went out of their way to make my friend's birthday special. Service, food and atmosphere were all amazing. And they're doing good, as a social enterprise too. What's not to like?! 😍

What a fantastic place so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seats. Good price. We had a lovely large pot of tea with plenty of extra hot water due to one of us likes it weak and the other liking it like builders tea. The cakes looked lovely but unfortunately trying to be good at the moment so cant comment on taste. When we ordered I had just about finished drinking some water and the lovely man offered to refill my bottle. I love this place definitely recommend and definitely will be returning
