It truly seems as though no one has ever enjoyed working here, but it really shows when it it too physically demanding to actually give the customer what they ask for (eg gravy on the side) That was the last time I'll waste my money here. Keep the gravy and the cash tip. I hope you're pleased with yourselves 😡

This place is a absolute joke. We sat in line for 20 minutes waiting to oder. Two cars ahead of us ordered there food and when it was our time to order they said they were closed. Mind you it was 1:30 in the afternoon. We were told they were closed due to staffing and not having any prep done. Even tho two cars ahead of us ordered. I told her you let two other people order. She told us no they didnt order food even though they both waited in line for food. Highly recommend you dont waste your time here. The people running this places are unintelligent mouth breathers.

Found dead fruit flys in my drink from here, called about it the day it happened. They offered a free meal and took my name down, when I can back today they told me they had no record of it. Greg the manager proceeded to tell me I was lying and there was nothing he could do. Very disgusted with the behavior as well as the nasty tea they served me.

This place seems to get worse every time we go. This time we waited over 10 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to take our order, then get semi warm food and chicken with uncooked breading under a layer of crispy breading. It may come to getting our chicken elsewhere. I can honestly get better chicken at a local gas station.

If I could rate zero stars I would because Manager was rude on the phone, only half full of potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. Biscuits were cold and chicken was cold. Whoever is head of store I would be ashamed to have employees like that need better training. And better people skills. I will not ever return to KFC in shawano.

They used to be great. Fast, friendly & delicious food! Not today, very unhappy with their service. From the time I pulled in the drive thru (there was only one car in front of me) to the time I got my food it took about 20-25min!! All I got was a $5 fill up potato bowl! When I got to the lady at the window she didn’t even say hi or smile nor did she apologize for the wait. I was told to go around and wait in the front of the building (so did about 5 cars behind me) and waited and waited...I was about to go back in and ask for my money back when a few people came out with orders. When I got handed my order the gentleman said nothing to me. No sorry, no thank you for waiting, nothing! They didn’t even give me the cookie that it was supposed to come with. I get that things can happen, but they could have at least explained themselves & apologized or something. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
