The cheese curds were the best and we enjoyed the dirty fries too. The "hot dry rub," choice for the wings is super spicy. Be warned, it's "mega hot," not normal "hot." We'll be back to try the burgers, and we did notice that they have Guinness on tap. We tried the burgers and enjoyed them even though they were cooked medium well. The brioche style buns were toasted very nicely but still soft on top. The fries were crinkle cut. It's a fun place with the overhead doors open to the weather. Our drinks were nice and cold too. It's a sports bar within sight of the lake, and it has plenty of seating inside and out.

We were so excited when our burgers arrived that we forgot to take pictures. There was a Hangover Burger with hash browns, egg, bacon and cheese. So giant and delicious. Dixie Pulled pork with coleslaw on a pretzel bun.. the food was great but the staff was even better. I have never seen a place where just two people run the bar and restaurant and still have time to greet everyone that comes in the door and thank every person as they leave. Super fast service, very efficiently ran! If we came to Shawano more often we would make this a regular stop!

The beers cold. Need I say more? Ok I will. I live in the area and have been here many times. I've eaten here many times and each time I order, I tried to order something I haven't already had, it's always better than the last thing I just ate. The food at this place is outstanding. I dare say the best food on shawano lake. If you're eating at a bar. Everyone is polite. Good experience every time I go there. It only gives me five star options but I would give it more.
