Mcdonald's

I went through there and have been charged for coffee just to pull up and them say they’re cleaning the machine. But that they’d write my name down and I could get it the next day. I pulled up the next day and they said that it was never written down and couldn’t help me. Today I got a coffee on Friday and tried to use the “free fries Friday with $1 purchase” deal. The app messed up and didn’t send the deal through. They told me if I wanted the deal I had to order more. I explained I already paid for my $3 coffee (literally in my hand) so I didn’t understand why. They said there’s nothing they could do. I had to spend money to buy something I didn’t want just to get $1 off a fry. I go here a lot even though they’ve screwed my order up repeatedly because there’s hardly anything else in town. But I’m gonna stop. It’s just one customer but when they go a lot that lost money adds.

Stopped here for my dad to get him some lunch, (should've known better) first of all they were very rude. They did not give him what he ordered, he ordered a cheeseburger and they gave him cheese/ketchup on a bun. Disgusting that this is the service you would provide, especially to an elderly man. Extremely sad. Wish I could give ZERO stars
