Had a bad experience with a woman in drive through who may have been having a bad day but disrespecting coustomers is not how business should be conducted , upon ordering she seemed to not understand I wanted m&m and recces in one stating quite rude she doesn’t know what I mean then correcting me me on how to order a double ingredient blizzard “ so you want a recces add m&m” and then when to the window I was shooken up yet from this interaction and thought I gave exact change to which she responded “wow” when I accidentally gave her two dollars extra , I felt very off leaving as I just wanted to order some food not be made to feel dumb.

I ordered a 1/2 pound specialty Burger. The burgers were dried out! I also ordered I mint chocolate chip malt. What I received was something totally different. I went backup and I think they tried to fix it By starting over. I did not feel like anybody really heard what I ordered. I guess you can't expect Excellence from a fast food place anymore.

The Seymour location has seriously gone downhill in the past 3 years. Employees seem to come and go. Staff congregate near the window and don't pay attention to their monitors and their customers. Food quality isn't as good as the DQ on Ridge Road in Green Bay. Ridge Road is worth the drive; Seymour DQ isn't worth the wait.
