Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. This location blows the Columbus locations out of the water. I would know because I visit this location at least 1-3 times per week. Friendly staff and they are super fast taking and making orders.

Employee at drive thru was very pleasant, she Smiled 🙂 and that right there is great and so much appreciated, because employees aren't always nice and act like it's a pain to wait on you or they act like it's a chore and don't always say Thank you. .. Kindness always comes back around to those who are caring and kind. DKG

Stopped here for some caffeine - it was pretty busy! Be patient! Employees were really nice and detail oriented. Everything I ordered came out exactly as expected. I appreciate all of you for giving me the coffee I was craving on my road trip.

The Starbucks concept can’t be beat. The menu items are consistently created regardless of where you go and your item will be great, or they will remake it.
Even the pre-packed lunch-type items are good. I come here if I’m looking for a 350-450 calorie lunch of healthy foods. Got to love SBX.

Long line for the drive through. Pull into the parking lot to pick up a mobile order. Two signs on the door, one says lobby is only open for mobile orders the other says the lobby is closed. The lobby is actually closed so we had to get back into the line to pickup our order.

There was a very long line in drive-thru, and by the time I got up to the window they said my order was free because I had to wait over 10 minutes... but I also didn't get any Stars for my order, which I thought was kind of bogus since I had to wait so long! Oh well, can't have everything, and I did get free Starbucks! Yay!
