First time having Papa Johns in years. Ordered a BBQ chicken papadia. I thought it was a bit burnt but that's just too done for my preference! Not sure if that's normal or not.

I placed my order an hour I'm advance. To have call them myself after 10 past delivery time to hear. We're behind well let you know. To wait another 18 minutes to call back in and cancel it. I understand service is having a hard time. But if you can't keep the time. It shouldn't be on the customer to call you

If I could give zero stars I would this place is a joke ,they said it would be 22 to 32 min. for my order to get delivered so after 45 min. I tried to call after being on hold for ten more minutes I ask the manager about my pizza and she tells me they tried to deliver my pizza and the person said I didn't live there so they tried to call and the person that awnsers said it was the wrong number so they cancelled my order, but the funny thing is I know and asked ever one in my building about it and they all said no one came to there door , so I think the manager lied and they just didn't want to deliver it and cancelled it, and these pizza places are wondering why Door Dash and others like it,are taking all there business, I wonder...

Ive ordered papa johns all over the US and Seymours is alway on point! Always the perfect amount of cheese, not so much that its super grease but not to little wishing there were more. Never mess my order up. Never had random unwanted toppings and a super friendly staff that normally calls me by my first or last name as I walk in.
