Applebee's

My fiancé and I are frequent diners at this Applebees and have had a number of different experiences… tonight was one that really stood out. A server by the name of Liam took the definition of customer service to a new level. I also need to commend the kitchen on timely HOT food. I would like to get back to Liam though… as management and business owners I am here to let you know he is an asset to this team and please do what you can to keep him around! This is head and shoulders by far the best customer service we’ve received at any restaurant in recent memory. Not to take anything away from the rest of the team, but Liam was exceptional.

Pros. I absolutely loved the chicken/shrimp. The Margarita I had was amazing. Ample seating. Waffle fries were delicious. Kids were entertained and happy with there food and coloring. Cons. Wife's bacon ranch chicken burger, had no ranch . Pickles were included even though she asked for them not to be. The lettuce was white and there was a miniscule amount. The pop was gross. Flattish. Despite the few issues with my wife's Burger, the incredible waitress corrected the issues without any hesitation. The rest of the meal was great and everyone enjoyed themselves.

This Applebee's is pretty much the same as every other Applebee's. My waitress was the best part of the visit. Food is okay but portions are on the small side. Probably so they can sell you a dessert. You should go here if you are seeking the comforting experience of sameness. A burger, wings, maybe a beer. For that, it is not a terrible choice.
