This Pizza Hut's pizza has become blah. We hadn't tried Pizza Hut in awhile, and when we did, part of our order was "out of stock", provided a terrible substitute and cold cardboard Pizza. I have had pizza this bad since my last frozen pizza from the grocery store. Go to Domino's and get their Hand-Made crust pizza. You will not be disappointed.

They now use an answering service/order center. They were very unhelpful and told me they would transfer me to the store to correct the order. I found out the store was not taking phone calls. $67 order that was incorrect and no dipping sauces for wings. Most likely won't be back as long they use a call center. Domino's is now using call center as well

Got only bread sticks. Tasted great. However, it did take 25 minutes.

Over hour and a half to get and pizza was barely warm and I live a few minutes away

I ordered wings and cinnamon sticks, however the sticks were not completely cooked. While I appreciate the desire to get food to the consumer quickly I do believe it should be completely cooked. Delivery person left an oil mark in my driveway which I was able take care of only because I noticed it while putting my garbage out for collection. It might be good to have employees check their vehicles before they pull into a new build driveway or have them park on the street while delivering. I am 65 y.o. and getting down on my hands and knees isn’t as easy as it used to be

My order has almost always been delivered quickly and made correctly. The one time we had an issue, we got a sincere apology and the issue has never happened again. The food is always very delicious and hot. So good!

It was free pizza because of my pizza hut points and I surprised if how good it was. Usual the free or earned food doesn't seem to be that great. I just wish pizza hut would bring back their amazing salad bar the used to have..crazy thing now you can't even get a premade salad there

smells lieks piop, persin next to me sharted. took too long for pizza and they didntb even cut it well!!! Farting people. very disturbujnt. cheese sticks good tho 1/100
