Wingstop

Poor experience. Spent $75 for the 50 wing family meal and no veggies. We called and they said we have to drive there or wait till next we order from them. We did door dash and Wing Stop screwed up the order. Not us and not door dash. I cannot stand pure and simple incompetence and lack of proper service. Ridiculous

We've pre-ordered our food in the past from Seguin location and 75% of the time something is wrong. Either something is missing or our order takes too long (45 minutes or more). This time a couple of women working the register could not find the order that my wife placed. Apparently it turned into a big ordeal because I didn't tell the ladies that thie order was placed using Door Dash. How can using Door Dash make a big difference if your looking for the customer's name on a receipt ?!? I've been to other Wingstop locations in San Antonio and have never had ANY of the same problems I have at the Seguin location. If you'd like to order wings...I suggest going to another restaurant...don't use the Wingstop Seguin location.

Wing stop is my favorite wing place. Placed my order at 4:44. It’s now passed 6:00pm. Said it would be 15 min. I show up 20 min later for them to make sure I paid first then told me it wasn’t ready. I been standing here for over a hour. I ask how long it’s going to be and they keep making stuff up. It’s almost done and a few minutes..I’m Still waiting for my food.then he says someone shorted you I’ll have to give you. Duplicate . Wait another 15 min. Then says come back tomorrow I’ll give you the same order for free. Again it’s been 1 hour and 15 min of me standing in the store and IM STILL WAITING! Terrible service and definitely won’t be returning to this location ever again! Absolutely ridiculous to have me standing in this store for over a hour!!!

Highly disappointed.I stopped in a couple weeks ago. The sign said OPEN. IT was 11:30 There was a woman playing on her cell phone with the TV on. She did not even bother to come to the door. I finally called today to ask for a mgr. I was spoke to very rude..He said that store is not his problem and that they ha ve gone through 20 or 30 mgrs. He asked why I waited a couple weeks to complain. I said because of christmas. He then got very rude.And aked me what did I want? I saad nothing.. but since your being mean a 6 pack of wings would be cool. He then laughed mean and said he does And said I wanted something for nothing and hung up on me! not even know when that store opens.
