Wendy's

So I decided to order inside I got a 4/4 it took them 10 minutes to hand me my food to complete my order 10 minutes because of the digital clock above the french fry thing it took 10 minutes and I said wow she’s like we’re shortstaffed I said I understand that but 10 minutes for the simple meal, then I sat down I was like oh I forgot ketchup, they have like the buffet style public ketchup, Little flying bugs all around it anyways. Then I seen the dispenser that doesn’t look normal so from now on when I go to a restaurant I will only get the ketchup in the little packets disposable packets to go packets!!! And never this Wendy’s again 579 n I4

This place is horrible! Horrible management, she couldn’t even get my order right. She overcharged me for what idk because I got no receipt and was told she can’t pull it back up. The fries where all old so I asked for fresh n they weren’t finished. I watched her tell the girl your not going to finish them are you?! Like what??? That’s how you treat customers food, with no care at all?? My burgers have ketchup and mustard and grease all over the wrapper. I’m currently wiping the buns off with napkins! The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way threw. Oh yea my cookie was wrong and not a whole cookie!

Avoid. My Diet Coke was watery and even after I brought it up to them they said that's the way it's supposed to be and wouldn't replace it. Further, all of our sandwiches were sloppily made and there was a random unknown substance on one of the sandwiches, possibly dried up old veggies, but it was very hard like a twig. On top of these the drive through service was very slow and they forgot to give us straws, but after they refused to replace my drink I was so incensed I didn't think to check.

Got there 17 min. Before 1 am, and the intercom had an automatic reply of the place being closed already. Perhaps a glitch in the system. But shortly after a very helpful, and lovely lady with a great sense of humor and lively personality greeted us and took our order. She was quite helpful in contributing recommendations on the menu. Very pleasant experience, extremely glad we took the longer trip and went to Wendy’s versus closer restaurants. Thank you

First they told me their ice machine wasn't working, so was given a warm drink and had to wait a while to get my food. I was eating but then noticed the chicken was raw. I hope I don't get sick This experience turned me off of Wendy's all together. Waste of time and money and I risked food poisoning.

Wendy's is one of the best places to take the kids when they are in the mood. The food is usually very fresh and they prepare it the way you ask. ( Even for super picky kids.) I really like the free little ice cream cones with the kids meals here. And the lady that seems to manage the night crew, when she is at the window - those ice cream cones are crazy! She makes sure that you have happy (although sticky) kids! (Most other places SAY their machine is down, not here :) Best of all, it is always a really friendly transaction. I am always impressed with just how friendly and pleasant it is to go through a drive thru!
