Dunkin'

We ordered 3 wakeup wraps which were fine. We also got 3 orders of hashbrowns.. those were not cooked, cold and tasted like they have been sitting for 2 days. We ordered 2 donuts and my oldest asked to add 1 more at the window before we paid and the girl told us no. We come here weekly and this is not tge first time but the third time she has been very rude with us. I take my kids here every week when they do good in school as a reward but it's getting to the point I don't want to spend another penny here due to the staff and disgusting food.

First: was that the bathroom was out of order and the place smelled like backed-up sewage. Second: the management only had one employee working for the entire store. Third: they were out of chicken. Forth: the manager showed up and started slinging profanity at the employees for asking for help. She also asked for a phone charger using profanity in front of a bunch of customers who had children with them. This place is a train wreck.

Customer service needs help. The cashier apparently just ordered a salad and set down to eat it before customers walked in. No problem..but no sanitation was taking place between her going back and forth from eating and serving. It must've been a pretty good salad as well because she was almost throwing my doughnuts in the bag trying to get back to eating. I would let it go if she looked young and inexperienced ..but she had some age on her and should know how to talk to customers by now. You are in the service industry.. act accordingly.

Corporate office really needs to secretly visit this location. I've been to the Seffner DD a few times. I will never go back again. The lady working the drive through on 06/06/22 @ 5:58pm was so rude. We ordered online order #826. The order was two Lattes extra shot of espresso each and 1 dozen donuts. Both of our Lattes were Luke warm at best. The lids had mocha syrup all over them & brown foam running down the cups. She handed us our Lattes and said enjoy. We were like, where are our dozen donuts? She told us to hold on. They didn't have two of the type of donuts we wanted. She yelled 20ft away at us through the little window letting us know. She said, "what do you want?" I told her the substitutions and she actually rolled her eyes. I was not about to have this woman remake the two Lattes. I didn't want a spit latte. The donuts were stale and the chocolate glaze were so old the glaze was actually soaked into the donut. I guess it's to be expected when u go at 6pm. Although, I have been to this store early in the morning and have never had a hot cup of coffee. There is obviously something going wrong at this store. I would not recommend going to the DD in Seffner.

I ordered a coffee and 2 sandwiches, got the coffee fairly quickly and then sat down to wait for the food. I was waiting quite a while, and then noticed the person who ordered after me got theirs. So I look up and see a bag on the counter. I walk up and ask if it was mine, the woman making the food said yes. I said that no one told me it was ready, I was just sitting over there waiting. The woman working then replied with “did you look?” It’s like… come on man. Seriously? The food kinda sucked too. Coffee was fine.

I love Dunkin but this location just can’t seem to get it right. Mobile orders are Never ready, often incorrectly made once ready, and sometimes they can’t even find them. I finally decided I’m done wasting my time and money at this location. I’ll drive a little bit out of my way to get a correct order that is ready when I arrive.

Drove threw the drive through. We where trying to figure out what my daughter wanted to order but I guess we took to long. The worker got impatient and had a nasty tone. Didn’t let me say one word. She gave me half my order told me to drive up to the parking spot to give me the rest, closed the window and walked away. After about a min another employee came to the window, I asked for the manager and she gave excuses, “it’s been a long day” “we are on a time restraint”. Which I asked so that gives her a reason to be nasty? Manager stayed quiet then asked me to move forward. No remorse or apology. I’ve been in the service industry over 21 yrs. If you have a attitude just walk away and take a few minutes to gather yourself. Someone else can take over while you take a minute. The manager should of at least apologized.
