I want the owner to see this. Normally I would take the company survey, but you need a paper receipt to do that. I ordered on the app but apparently I needed that paper receipt too in order to do the survey. Please tell Subway corporate to change that. The reason for my feedback is that I don’t want to come back to this store. It’s very close to work, but I would rather drive to the one 15 minutes away because of one of your employees. This gentleman works there full time because he’s the only one I’ve ever seen there except the one time I met the owner who was very nice and helpful. This particular employee is very unfriendly, never talks or responds to conversation, never smiles, never gives any sort of customer service. Normally I don’t care too much and I let it go because it is close to my work. But today I ordered in the app and he made my sandwich wrong. I came back and asked for a new one, and after he tried to tell me that I ordered the wrong thing I showed the receipt and asked I do he could remake it. He too my sandwich (the wrong one) off the counter and threw it in there trash can thee feet away, rolled his eyes, and frustratedly made a new sandwich as quickly as possible. I apologized to him and all he said was “there you go.” No apology or anything. I just thought you ought to know because in these kinds of stores the owner will usually not see this behavior because they aren’t there. I will take down this review if the owner acknowledges that they got the feedback, because I think they deserve to know. Thanks.

FALSE ADVERTISING. All over TV they advertise the $5.00 foot long sub. This store said, no way, no deal, we don't honor that--so, off to Jimmy John's I go down the street. FALSE ADVERTISING. Not to mention, they have NO ROAST BEEF. A SANDWICH SHOP WITH NO ROAST BEEF? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Yep. SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE ROAST BEEF. ONLY TURKEY, HAM OR BACON. What is this world coming to. SUBWAY IS OFF MY LIST FOR GOOD.

Mateo and Tim are always on top of it whenever I come in. My only complaint is that the independent owner DOES NOT ALLOW ANY COUPONS OR PROMOTIONS USING THE SUBWAY APP.
