Subway

The food is fine, but don’t order through the link on their Google profile. It orders through post mates, and they don’t seem to see any of the details of your order, like customizations or which products you picked. Two orders in a row have both been completely wrong where they didn’t look at any of the ingredients requested, they just went straight off of the built-in menu, which I couldnt eat because they included these bitter red onions that sortof burn my mouth after one or two bites (Whatever makes its thing, lingers is the sauce even if you take the onions off by hand after) :( just not worth it with so many other high quality sub shops around :(

Its sept. 2, 2018 i went into the subway at the lake city location to get a sandwich. It was an older Asian lady She looked like she could be in her mid 30's. She barely knew English. As soon as i came in she didnt greet me and she acted as if i wasnt in the store. I waited for about 3 minutes before she came and asked what i wanted. she was rushing me to make my decision on the toppings i wanted, she was putting toppings on my sandwich that i didnt want then got mad when asked to take them off, she shorted me on every topping i wanted and would get mad when i asked if i can get a little more . When i paid for my sandwich she charged me $1.50 for extra ham that I DID NOT ORDER. I would not recommend this subway to someone . The quality of service i received was highly inappropriate

This is the worst SubWay .... The lady messsed up on my order so I went to go get my money back and the lady comes up to while a other lady was helping me and is so rude and says no you said a blt not bmt. Like really lady ... Just shut your moth and say sorry.. don't try to argue with me ... I am never going to that SubWay .. I will be nice enough not to write the lady's name..
