This is my favorite Mexican place in all of Seattle. what sets this place apart is that they do the basics really well and the quality is evident. You can even taste it in their quesidillas. I've been going here for over five years and don't regret it one bit. That being said it's clearly not a five star restaurant but its simply good food that's not complicated. I especially love the red and green mole sauces.

I am always on the search for the best tamale in Seattle. Michoacan has the best one I've found so far. Don't let the hole-in-the-wall outside appearance fool you: this place is top-notch. The staff are friendly to a fault. The food is amazing. Excellent margaritas as well. I go here when I can. It is my favorite restaurant to date.

Great service. Very kind and attentive. Chips were stale and salsa was not fresh (but it was free). Portions are very large.
