Mcdonald's

Usually i don't critique a McDonald's, they're all about the same. But this one was amazing!!! The guy taking the orders was very fast and efficient taking our 4 orders and we quickly pulled up to the delivery window where they gave us hot fresh food. I've been to various McDonald's many times, this particular one is excellent.

This location is hit or miss. I order only through the app and I usually do Curbside pickup. This location has messed up my mobile order multiple times. They are so stingy with the sauce so I order extra for extra money and they don't even put on the extra sauce! Not only that, but if you ask for no pickles they will not listen! The only redeeming factor is the fries are very delicious.

Typically don't leave reviews, but I have to. The young Mexican worker at the till window said my order was $20.05. I gave him $21.00 and he gave us no .95 cent change back. We looked at him to say it was wrong and he proceeded to shut the window and refused to open it and give us our money back. This guy should not be working a costumer service job or around money, at all. Won't ever be back where the drive-thru worker scams people intentionally. McDonald's or a high-end restaurant, you just don't do stuff like that, ever.

Someone who works at this McDonalds really shouldn't be operating the frappe machine because instead of a frappe I got an cold mocha with a bunch of crushed ice. The drink was clearly rushed and explains why the wait in line was so short. I would have totally waited in line e like I usually do for a decent frappa but not today. Today I got an instant unappealing mocha with crushed ice that I ended up tossing the rest of less than half way through. Someone who works there sucks

I'm very disappointed at this location, I barely go to McDonald's and today they gave me a big reason to never comeback. 1- I waited in line fore more then 20 min, Drive-Thru was very slow. Second- Cashiers never looked at me or had greeted at me, not even thank you, I stopped at 2nd window and the guy just handed my bag out, I asked for ranch he didn't even say yes or not just grabbed the sauce and handed to me, I said thank you he just turned around and grabbed a bag (for next customer). I was fine with that I said "Its the Covid-19 that has everything scared, stressed, etc.", when I parked to eat my meal, everything was old, meat was nasty, old and dry, my fries salty, old and soggy. I will not recommend it.

This store is a joke. I am DoorDashing, and the drive thru line is flooding into the main street, so I park and go to the door. It's locked. I can see my order. They have the audacity to walk up to me, open the door, and say that I have to go thru the drive thru to get the order thats 30ft away from them. How dumb can you be?
