2 different menus, Viet and Thai. I don't know the history of that, and it may be best not to. All I have had here is the Pho and Pad Thai. For Pho The broth is very strong marrow bone beef broth. The broth is what Pho should be (melted marrow from cow femur). The herbs were fresh, plentiful served on the side as usual. I paid a couple of bucks extra for extra noodles. The result was enough to be well fed for a day. And I am not from Seattle and am a decent sized guy and I eat like a man. They offer all the odd bits and pieces of the cow which is normal in Vietnam and is something a lot of Seattle joints apparently are triggered by. I get everything anatomical to our bovine friend but skip the mystery meet ball. The PadThai is again what it should be with rotted fish gut sauce and lots of highly tenderized beef. Again a lot of Seattle joints are serving some vegan abomination that would have the joint fire bombed by the local Triad in Thailand. They kept my glasses for me when I lost em here 1 time. I am in love with the waitress. She is a magnificent Asian/American teen-20 something and always greets me with her beautiful smile and remembers my favorites. The kitchen staff is 100% Viet-Namese. They all run around really fast jabbering in VietNahmeese. Or it could be Thai. Again, likely better not to know . This is a great joint to eat authentic Viet-Thai. Probably not a great place to performance sob about preferred pronouns. Likewise definitely not a place to expand one's gluten intolerance/veganism/peanut allergies/etc. Just bring a good appetite for a great meal well priced.

If you're looking for great Pho, go here. The broth is excellent and the meat is not the cheap low quality garbage. I just found this place and WILL be going back

I ordered delivery tonight (right before they closed) I didn’t know this before I placed my order on Grubhub. The food was incredible. The pho was so delicious and the broth was super hot. The ingredients were packaged so nicely. Pho hits the spot when you’re sick so this seriously was a life saver. I’ve never had this place before but this is most definitely my new go-to which is awesome because I’ve been searching for a spot in Seattle for awhile. Thank you so much for your service!

Chicken fried rice was good, but nothing to write home about. The pho was amazing and they serve bubble tea here even though some of the flavors were out of stock they had the popular ones. Overall great!

The restaurant only has QR code menu and you order via the online website, even dining in, so don’t forget your phone! Also, I ordered the pho via the QR code (this menu had all prices) but the bubble tea I ordered in person, and there was no price listed on their board. Was a little shocked when it came out to $8.26 with tax, but that is my bad for not asking how much it would cost. Pros: free parking, service is super fast, staff is very nice and friendly, food was delicious!

What are you waiting Pho? We had ours in minutes, the hot, clear beef broth ably supporting thick chewy noodles and thin slices of beef. A delightful surprise on a hot summer day. Yes to hot soups for lunch, cooled us off really fast as we sweated into gastronomic joy... I liked adding plum + Sriracha sauce along with hot & spicy green chilli slices. Don't skip on the greens and bean sprouts! Tear them up by hand and stir into your combo.

Parking lot, clean restaurant, nice waitress, quick quality food (Vietnamese and Thai dishes). Really appreciated how clean, no residue on table as some restaurants can have. I had a really good seafood combo soup. Enjoyed the strawberry bubble tea as well. My new go to place for pho.

Very good for Georgetown! They use Chinese 5 spice, which is a little sweeter than I'm used to, but still tasty! FOLLOW ME for the best recommendations as I travel the world!
