I have been to Natural Medicine four times for iron infusions: three times last fall and once this fall because I have a hard time retaining ferritin from the foods I eat. All of the doctors whom I’ve worked with are friendly and helpful; Dr. Mahmood really stands out for her exceptional attendance to my specific health challenges. She has done on-the-spot research and educated me while I was there for my infusion. This is particularly noteworthy because she’s not my primary care doctor; she takes the extra time to tend to patients who are there for the sole purpose of getting an infusion. Highly recommend her; if I weren’t quite pleased with my current PC I’d switch to Dr. Mahmood.

NMS came recommended to me. The doctor recommended wasn't taking new patients, but I went with Dr. Chang. She has been great. I came in prepared for what I thought was going on and she covered everything. I learned a lot. She never tried to "upsell" or "add-on" to what I was needing. She did tests that my primary care doctor wouldn't do. With the supplements and prescriptions we found I needed I am feeling great! Overall staff and office is very professional. Well worth the money and didn't cost as much as you'd think - I am out of pocket.

I've had a great experience at Natural Medicine. It's difficult to get an appointment for a reason... everyone wants to see Dr. Mahmood! She cares about my long-term health and is realistic of daily life in today's world. Being nervous about visiting a doctor's office (in general), she put my nerves to ease and made me feed comfortable. I'm so excited for her to complete her residency!

Dr. Kara is amazing. She took time to hear me. I felt seen and validated. I’m early in treatment and hopeful I will find relief from two long standing health issues. She offered helpful lifestyle adjustments, medication adjustments, and supplements to try. She is Health at Every Size aware which made this visit more comfortable. She didn’t blame my body for its health status. I would highly recommend her and have to my friends and family.
