Ceres Roasting Company

Absolutely love this place! I've been multiple times and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Apart from the delicious coffee and selection of drinks, Ceres also sells some phenomenal roasted nuts and mini doughnuts (the chai latte and roasted pecans are my personal favorite). Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick and delicious refreshment. Will definitely keep returning!

I just went to Ceres on a quick trip to the Armory and I have to say this was the BEST RBI I’ve ever had!!! So sweet and yummy 😋. The customer service was awesome and even though I tried to order something not on the menu (peanut butter and banana milkshake), they were nice and suggested I get an RBI. Thank you Ceres!!

I feel for these baristas. They deal with the rudest customers all day long. I've heard things like 'so you're stupid?' 'Is this why you're a barista?' 'Why won't you open NOW?!' I've watched people scream at these employees over nothing. And still they are polite and kind to me every time I stop by. They work extremely hard, during Folklife the line was so impossibly long and yet they kept their energy and worked efficiently. The drinks are great I love the lavender lemonade and the smoothies. This is my favorite place to come.

I have to say they have the most freaking best chai tea I've ever tasted... it is so natural and just pure greatness.! now I'm not saying this because they're nice to me I'm saying this because it's true. I have tasted a lot of teas in my time but the way they make this is just perfect. it's not too sweet cuz I'm not a sugar person and it just hits the spot with the nice warmness and great amount of cinnamon. so please come to the armory try it out it's called chai tea. if you like cinnamon you're going to love this one especially if you like chai tea or just tea in general but I say try it. another one they have that is really good and great is there smoothies they have really awesome smoothies. but I have to go back to the chai tea it's just wonderful but their service is just as good too great customer service. please come here and try it out don't judge by reading try it in person first. and if you complain about price here it's downtown it's right next to the space Needle. "So, don't complain"... just try it...! it's called the city, for a reason...... so if you're going to come downtown to any City in any state, you're going to play a price.....!!!!!, that is just common sense.... or I should just say, that is the truth of the realness of paying the price in a downtown City...🙂😯😯😯🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄😀😀😀😀😀😉😉 like duh.... stay positive and just try Cere's. they are awesome. Starbucks is great, but if you going to try a coffee place inside the armory, even though Starbucks is there.... I have to say go to Ceres, first because if you really want real stuff, real quality....... you're going to get it here, in my opinion. but oh my God.... try their chai tea, only if you like chai tea or tea try it I beg you... but stay positive and remember it's the city you're going to pay a price.... but just remember this too the prices here is nothing compared to the climate pledge arena....or popular places that sell coffee that we all know with the green logo... the price is at CEREs is just fabulous.
