Sip And Ship

This store is a neighborhood treasure... actually a 2 neighborhood treasure (needed both locations). Just love, love love these people. At some point or another, we've used just about all their mailing and professional services... plus had more than a few of their delicious cookies. Trusted them with both time sensitive and sensitive stuff (important/valuable to us)... even while traveling... and they ALWAYS come through in a way you that you can count on AND doesn't make you feel like a number. Never write reviews, but we can't recommend the Sip and Ship enough.

Was in there the other day with three different packages that all needed special instructions. Someone came directly to me, took all the instructions, took the packages, asked the perfect questions to clarify any confusion, and like magic it was all solved and done. And all with a smile and good cheer. Would definitely use again.

I love this place, the whole idea is genius. To be able to have one stop for all the shipping services, and to be able to support a local, small business thats female owned. They have cute cards too and so many other services. Their Chai Latte was definitely one of the top ones I've tried. So happy to have this place around the corner

Been a customer for several years, since 2019. Opened my mailbox account for my small adventure business. This month I ordered something and forgot to address it to my original business name, and instead addressed it to my DBA name (Doing Business As). Consequently, I was incurring the standard $5 fee to receive mail with any names other than that on the account. In my case, that's either my human name, or my business entity's state registered and licensed name. In order to receive more packages to my DNA name, it will cost $15 to add another recipient name on the account. Now, I have five dollars, and I even have fifteen dollars, but it's the matter of principle here for me. Joe came through with a solution - return to sender. I agreed, which was fortuitous because after I ordered I realized I wanted a different color instead, but by the time I went to that independent store's website to change my order, it was listed as already shipped. Very fast. And very kind of Joe. Thanks.

Every time I need to send a package, a postcard, or any type of mail, I am sure to pay these folks a visit. The coffee is great, the staff are friendly and quick, and they have a surprisingly excellent selection of scented candles, cards, and souvenirs available in-store as a nice bonus. They are also very nice to my dog. Highly recommended.

While struggling to complete some very simple things at the FedEx store, like having to go outside to get a retrieval code on my phone to complete my printing process in FedEx, I smelled coffee and noticed Sip & Ship two doors down. I was getting lots of bad attitude and no help from the staff at FedEX and feeling very frustrated, I walked next door to see if I could complete the things I needed. After talking with Jordan, the store's Assistant Manager, for just a few minutes, I chose to finish my FedEx business with Sip & Ship. I was able to have my document notarized, another printed and the documents shipped with great ease. Jordan, the Assistant Store Manger was very professional and knew exactly what I needed to do to finish out my day! I even set up a secure place to receive my FedEx packages (FedEx does not offer this service). I highly recommend Sip & Ship because I felt valued as a customer; they have many services readily available; and they actually completed everything for me without having to ask very many questions! Most of all, they didn't run away when I needed help!! Thank you Jordan!
