✨ Robert ✨ I hope you see this! Robert was so helpful! It was my first-time buying a real tree in away from home. I was a little early and they were not ready yet. Robert and his British accent were everything I needed this holiday season! Thanks for the help, cutting and loading up my perfect tree! He also recommended going to the ballet, because “its Christmas” he said ☺️🎄 So, I went with my family and it was great! Thanks Robert, happy Christmas ✨

My mom ordered battery chargers for all of my brothers. They didn't have the cell charger,so we returned them. Walked right in to returns. No questions asked. With proper info and credit card. Was refunded and went home and bought different ones from them because the return was so easy. The parking lot is overwhelming! But other than that they are better than Lowes!

Went today to purchase PVC piping. I called 2 days ago to make sure that there was a way to cut them at the store into the sizes that I needed. Yes. After I got my tubes, I was told just to look for someone in the aisle and they would help. Only customers were there. After finding one person who didn't know if we could get the tubes cut, the project widened out into four people who eventually told me that home Depot did not cut PVC tubes. Finally, they called James on the overhead speakers to help me. He knew exactly how to cut it with a tool designed just to cut PVC piping, hanging in a basket on the wall. And he did it for me himself. Thank you, James!

I am not docking a star from this particular store, but rather the fact that Home Depot needs to resolve the issue where the store NOT on Aurora is called Aurora, and the store that IS on Aurora is called Bitterlake. This makes for a very confusing pick up order experience as the stores are in the same vicinity. The folks who work at both stores are awesome!

RE: Customer Service I wish to give a shout out to Roy in plumbing at the Bitterlake store on Aurora. Roy was extremely helpful as I purchased all the needed fixtures for two bathrooms. He knew exactly where the brand I wanted was stored, accessed fixtures I couldn't reach, helped me order fixtures that were not in store, and stayed with me until he knew all my desired purchases not in the store, were correctly ordered and soon on their way. Roy was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, competent. I could not have received better service. The Bitterlake Home Depot is most fortunate to have him for an employee.

Rentals service was great with Rodney. Honest and neutral individual. Made sure my carpet cleaner was cleaned before I rented it. Two individuals up at Customer support made really negative comments on my appearance after I walked toward rentals. Fae, Manager on duty, handled the situation and made me feel very comforted after I left. Thank you Fae and Rodney for wonderful customer support while I visited.
