Chelan Cafe

Haven’t been here in years, but decided to take my daughter on a day off school. We had fun. Food was good and everyone was super sweet. I had the chicken friend steak and a side of biscuits and gravy. Daughter had French toast. We played hangman and talked about the maritime stuff decorating the place.

Super like this place! The food is standard diner food. I recommend the biscuits and sausage gravy. Also good sandys and fries. Fun Coke Cola memorabilia. Plenty of seating. LOVE that the bar has Golden Tee and is basically open all the time. Staff is usually friendly, usually. Could maybe be a bit quicker with service, but you can't really beat the food for money here. Plus, the main dining is a large room to service when it full and busy. Parking can get full, but it's because people like this place. It's a great price point, full portions, and its yummy! No real complaints, only my belly is too full!

Well my friends, here's a great place to have a bite; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stopped in for breakfast, and the ladies were inviting and held great breakfast conversations. Didn't really expect much but I found a nice little corner to have a quality breakfast and a chance to be silly in the morning. The traffic wasn't bad but this place is located near the industrial area of the Port of Seattle so there's some big trucks in the morning. I still really enjoy the restaurant, nice job Chelan Cafe. Oh and by the way this place has no ties to Lake Chelan WA. I wish I love Lake Chelan.

Fantastic little hole in the wall right on the outskirts of Seattle. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, perfedt to soak up the over easy eggs to accompany it. The cinnamon roll was spongy, moist and delicious with the whipped creamy butter in the middle. The chicken fried steaks crust was well flavored through and the cube steak used was tender. The French toast had a great egg layer with the powdered sugar and syrup to top it off. The kept the coffe cup full and the wait staff were very polite and professional. Will definitely go again

A great place for food, serve and a classic feel. Clean, and the restrooms were clean, service was excellent! We were greeted with smiles, drinks brought right away. Great Orange juice and iced tea. Being 8am we were in the mood for breakfast and they delivered quickly hot, fresh French toast, eggs and crispy bacon. I had my favorite biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and it was on point! The portions were appropriate and the menu sports a Mickey and Minnie pancakes for the kids, we know where we are taking the Grandkids in the future!
