Dined at Cuoco last night for Icelandic Week. Not Italian, but brilliant menu items, with natural Icelandic ingredients, brought and passionately prepared by visiting Reyjkavik chef, Georg Arnar Halldórson! Such an amazing treat! great ambiance, nice staff. food was perfect. had calamari, spaghetti n meatballs and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Capaletti was too one-note. Added the corn to it and it was much better.
Tagliatelle was good but I didn’t feel there was enough chew in the pasta.

Nice, rustic Italian restaurant in SLU. Good, friendly service. Coconut cream pie is light, and not overly sweet. The mushroom arancini appetizer was okay, but truffle flavor was almost non-existent. Did not try any pasta but supposedly it is the highlight.

The food is very good, with moderate prices. I've had several of the dishes and they have all been excellent. The one surprise was the heat from the red peppers in the ratatouille. Good flavor just hotter than expected.
The lasagna is excellent, it is more of a meat than a cheese one and the amount is more than enough.
The meatballs are the best non-homemade ones I have ever tasted.
In addition, the staff is very friendly.

We went to Cuoco for our team lunch. They have reservations available for really large groups so that is a great thing. Their ambience and location is nice. The food was delicious and being a vegetarian, I was glad I found few good options to choose from. The best part was their garlic bread. That was just amazing!

A fine Tom Douglas restaurant with excellent food and great service to match. The location is great and parking is easy in the garage. The pasta is hand-made daily and tasted amazing! There is a 20% tip included in the bill which helps the service staff earn a living wage. Price is higher than Olive Garden but the comparison pales to Cuoco. Would recommend
