Super Six

It was a few Saturdays ago when I had errands to run in CC. The brunch families were out in full force. I kept walking and the Googled, "Food open near me" Was lead to Hudson...and once I turned the corner, all was right! I stood for a few seconds. Everything was just right. Clean, personable, fresh air, fresh juice and great price points! Full service at the bar. Games were on, conversations were had, all was well! Worth traveling from Tacoma. That is my new measure of greatness.

One of the best Asian infused restaurant chain I’ve been to in Seattle. I had the Kimchi fried rice which was amazing! The Kalua pork plate which the pork was tender, juicy and flavorful. The Mac salad was amazing and I also had the Malasada which was soft and delicious!!! If you haven’t tried this place out your missing out!

Marination is a really cool place, they teamed up with Bloodworks and had a public meet and greet with Mariners pitcher, Cal Raleigh. I arrived super early and I was the first in line. I got a free food voucher for a pork sandwich. I also got a Spam Musubi, and a Mango Lemonade. all 3 items were very tasty. There Hawaiian food is super good (trust me, I was born in Oahu) Thank you Marination for this event!

It is so great to bring family and kids here. There is room for kids to roam safely. We had a huge spread that was laid out well and watched over by one staff member. The food is great and it's easy to order. I just think that they are understaffed and may be overworked. You have to order at bar and it would be great to have a water and trash/recycling area outside area, because the outside is the best area to be!

Oh my gosh did we ever love Marination! We both got kimchi fried rice, one with kalbi beef and the other with spicy pork. Both were excellent. The meat was tender and super flavorful. The spicy pork wasn't too spicy for me (I'm a medium spice kind of girl). The kimchi fried rice was spicy in the perfect way. The sunny side up egg on top was perfect on both. Plus the bar has an epic selection of cocktails and other libations. The patio seating was delightful. The staff that took our order was friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly. Highly recommend.

They are very good, good fusion restaurant. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and it was a bubble waffle. It was delicious. I've been trying to find a good malasada, I got the pog, it was good, but a little dry. They have several flavor, including an original. Overall, it's really good and I will definitely be coming back.

Great service that really stands out. You can tell the staff really care about making people happy, and talking to them a bit it's worth noting that everyone said good things about the owners and how hard working they are. I'm always really happy to hear about great leadership in the restaurant industry because it's rare. That being said, the food was pretty phenomenal. The spam musubi and aloha fries are seriously 10/10. But the real star is the chicken and bubble waffle! It'd absolutely worth coming to try it. Slightly sweeter than normal bubble waffle but that balances perfectly with the spicy sweet chili sauce and Crispy juicy chicken.
