I saw they had no line and thought it would be quick. Waited about 10 minutes for an americano and bagel, to watch my bagel sit out in the open getting cold. This is also health hazard, especially during covid. The older lady made me repeat my order like 4 times and still got it wrong in the end, then tried to blame it on me because she couldn’t keep up with 3 details. What a waste of time and money. The younger girl was sweet during our 1 second interaction. If you’re too old and out of touch to handle the slow business, don’t work in a perpetually fast-paced environment like coffee 🙄

My job stocks/sells items from them, cold sandwiches, salads etc. I got the egg salad today. WORST sandwich of my adult life. I mean this literally. And the sandwich costs like $8 at my job. It still had 2 days remaining on the expiration as well...Jesus. I swear I'll never buy anything from them again...

I should have checked this first. There is a definite language barrier. So slow even if they would have got anyones order right it will take 30min for a basic breakfast sandwich and coffee. I would give a 0 if I could. I told them to keep it and went to Starbucks after waiting way to long. Luckily I was waiting for a late flight. 0 fail who ever is doing the hiring total fail.

This place a total rip off. They had a big sign that said $10.99 for a chicken combo. When I looked on the receipt they charged me $12.99. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she said it goes by the register and not what the sign said. She refused to refund the $2.00. I pointed out the deceptive sign should be taken down so as not to deceive other people and I was just sloughed off. The staff is rude and indifferent and the food mediocre. There are plenty of other option in SeaTac. Pass this place by

I was literally just in this place 15-20 minutes before posting this. Walked in, saw three people working, not a single one said a hello. After browsing snacks, I went over to the counter to order hot food. I stood behind one of the workers, who was in front of the counter, speaking to another worker behind the counter. Neither of them said hello or really acknowledged I was there...then the girl in front of me went over to the vacant register, pretty much treating me like I was a ghost. The girl behind the counter looked up and told me to go to the other register. I did, just to wait behind ANOTHER worker who was already standing at the counter, having a friendly discussion and taking their time ordering. While I was standing here, after the person in front of me was done, I saw three more people emerge from the kitchen area. I was still invisible, even though the person in front of me was finished, and I was standing in plain sight of everyone. After not receiving service of any kind and being treated like I don’t exist, I just shook my head and walked away. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I should have looked at the reviews before I wasted my time here this morning. What a disappointment.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Rudest service EVER. The store is marked 24 hours, went over to it and staff member who claims to be “Dannette”, says “no lights no service”. We let her know that we were informed that the store was open 24 hours and she was extremely rude and I wouldn’t eat there even if I was starving.
