I never thought that I would actually say that I am horrified by my customer experience!!!! the employees are very rude and it doesn't make a great experience this being my first time in Seattle. One of the cashiers mistaked for a drunk homeless person that had apparently came in two weeks prior to my visit. A box cutter was waved in my face by the English-speaking cashier and I was told that "we, (being 7-Eleven) do not call the police we handle our problems man to man and that I need to leave the store because I have been banned. That if I had a true problem with it he would escort me outside himself. I immediately reach for my wallet to show him my newly issued Arkansas ID. That's when the friendliness showed as I had threatened to call the police. Undoubtedly a very unpleasant experience. Will not be going back into any 7-Eleven while I am in Seattle. By the way Seattle is beautiful!!

I would like to second Melissa on her review. I lived in the area for nearly 20 years. This store was the best off the best. But the last a few years they start hiring some rude guys. My wife complained a few times about them guys flirting with her. I ignored it thinking it will not happen again but it happened. I have also saw in person how they talk to other females. I was shocked and felt sorry that I didn't take action when my wife complained. So this one to the owner: please get your store back in its good shape. You deserve 0 stars.

There was a huge poster advertising a discount on slurpees, so I bought one. While checking out, I realized that I was being charged the full price. When I asked why I was not receiving the discount, employee named Navi was very rude and confrontational. Turns out that 7-Eleven had put a flyer in front of the fine print of their promotional slurpee offer, which stated you would be charged full price unless you use a rewards card. At the end of the day, $1 difference isn’t a big deal. What is a big deal is deceptive advertising and absolutely terrible customer service. I will be steering clear of this “convenience” store for sure in the future. Don’t reward bad service with your business!
