Jack In The Box

I usually don’t post reviews even if it was a bad experience. But oh my gosh. Literally the worst jack in the box I’ve been to. My tacos were literally black with the unclean oil that they had. The older lady working there was rude and I’ve seen a review on her before. You guys should listen to the reviews and do something about that. We got really old fries. I understand it’s late but these were so bad. They messed up on our drinks and gave attitude right away. I was nothing but understanding and nice. I even repeated my order three times at the speaker box. Just really bad throughout it all

Only been here a few times. Drive through had a fairly long line, but It went went fairly fast. The person who gave us our food through the widow was accommodating to our requests for additional condiments and was courteous. The food is pretty good, but for 2 meals with an additional milkshake at a cost of $30 was ridiculously expensive for what you get. I rarely eat out and would only go here again with coupons or if I wasn't the one paying (which was the case on this visit).

Well....it's fast food so you'd be hard pressed to have any burger look anything like the ones in the commercials or get your order correctly, but hey, the onion rings were alright. The total bill for 2 burgers and 1 order of rings was like $20..if I hadn't used a coupon....yeah, no. What happened to fast food being affordable?

I came to leave a review about the older Pacific Islander woman that works nights. It seems the same review has been left as late as 8 months ago to as early as a month ago. She’s been rude to me on several occasions. I live near this place and work nights, so when I’m desperate, I don’t have much options to go to in the late night hours. I wish they would get rid of this woman. She’s served us cold fries. She’s always missing items. She’s very rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. I’ll be attempting to contact their corporate office to take a look at these reviews.

This Jack in the Box experience today was one of the worst I’ve had in a while, There was an older lady taking orders at the drive thru and she was rude. They even forgot my Sprite and the Curly Fries weren’t even Curly. What I learned though was that the efficiency and quality here was low for fast food standard.
