Look, I usually don't say negative things on social sites because I know working fast food is hard at times. Been there done that. But when you knowingly give someone a cup that can clearly be seen to have hair in it. Your failing big time 👎 when I called and told them about it, all they had to say was "sorry" 😩 come on ppl.

Wonderful people. Went here after church and the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. I don't normally eat out but made an exception for today. They work fast and precise. Henry took my order and was a very nice gentleman. Didn't complain when I asked to switch my bread like alot of other restaurants I've been to in the past. This is how a restaurant should flow. If management is messed up so will the whole team be as well. If the manager is in order, everything else will be in order.

I was at Arby’s Monday. I ordered two chicken salad sandwiches. The salad was not fresh because the veggies were turning brown. It would be nice if they would put more salad on the sandwich, instead of that lettuce and thick bread. That is all you taste. Too much lettuce and bread and not enough salad to cover the bread

I never leave bad reviews ,however, I couldn’t believe the attitude I got bc the messed up. They weren’t busy .I had coupon said 2 for 6 she charged me 12 some bull about I can get them for a dollar after , then bc she didn’t hear me on regular fries she gives me curly I said no I ordered the other ones then she curls her eyes at me I can tell you I go here often but I will wait for a couple months I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s done this to . This happen on 04/14:2022 at 5:32:35 pm store 5608 DT309 it says employer order taker. So not only did I not get coupon but she really was rude .

Big Shout To Brandon At The Seaford Delaware Location He's Simply Amazing The true definition of a team player & customer service was the best that I've seen in all Of Delaware he was very pleasant friendly & accommodating this guy needs a huge raise I dont go to Arby's much but i will be returning to see his smiling face an awesome service I will be back.....Thank You Brandon
