This place has been going downhill for years. Now it is just a packed drive-thru going out to the main road that will eventually cause an accident. You will sit in line for at least 20 minutes if you are lucky. It is no wonder that they cannot get the staff for the place because the owners don't care about employees. You are better off going anyplace else in town.

Trying to find the avocado ranch that I paid 40 cents for by eating this entire burrito and still not tasting nor seeing it oh wait cause it wasn't there.

Half hour wait at the drive thru, and it wasn't even lunch or dinner time. Dining room still closed. There is a sign blaming being shortstaffed but they have been like this for over a year. If any of their managers see this, you will fix being shortstaffed when you pay more.

Made an online order here, picked it up and brought it home, and noticed more than half of my order was missing. I spent around $80 on my food, and didn’t get all of it. Also, the containers of gravy were open a little and it got EVERYWHERE. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand it gets busy, but you should be double checking every bag! If you get food from here, be careful - you will probably be missing food.

Would give 0 stars. Hair in our burritos, potato tacos were burnt pieces of potato skins with no actual potato with no sauce. Dry and inedible. Ordered items fresco style and they instead were made with cheese and sour cream. Go somewhere else - anywhere else.

Wanted to dine in but due to lack of help was drive through only food was good was having a craving for KFC

I understand they are short staffed, but it takes about half an hour to get through the drive thru there. I have worked in the food industry too and I don't understand how it takes 30 min for 4 people to get through a line of 4-5 customers. Usually just placing the order at the window takes 15 minutes in and of itself even with only a couple cars in front of me.

As of late, I haven’t had very good experiences with the Taco Bell restaurants in my area, however I understand this location is short staffed and I understand how stressful that can be. A mistake can be fixed but being rude to the employees is just not going to help anybody.
Today however 9/29/2021 when I went for lunch at about 1pm, everything was delicious and immaculate. The food was cooked just right, service was great. Very happy!
