Dunkin' Donuts

I am a regular at this location and have been for about a year. Overall they are a pretty nice bunch of people who keep south Scranton fed. At times they are slow but usually this can be explained away by the big business they handle. I removed 2 stars from their rating for 2 different reasons. 1) When ordering bagels they are burnt about 25% of the time. I have mentioned this to them and corporate but it has not improved. I now check them before I leave for burns. 2) the pickup area is often full of items without a great system for “calling” people. Because of the public fears from COVID I do not want to touch others drinks or food but it is often the only way to find your own food.

The building is beautiful and the area spacious, however the woman who took our order made a very loud comment on how annoying it is when customers come in through the “wrong” entrance despite them both being appropriate entrances. I believe she noticed I heard and gave no semblance of apology and instead made us our drinks quickly and left, giving us very poor customer service. It felt disrespectful.

Everytime I come to this location they mess up my simple order. If you order any drink with an Espresso they will skimp you every single time bc they don't feel like waiting for the correct amount to come out of the machine. I asked for a double Espresso and they gave me a single. I call to rectify the issue and the lady that made my coffee just argued with me then just hung up on me without letting me speak to a supervisor. Rude staff terrible customer service. I won't come here again.

This store is horrible. The employees are slow, rude,and visibly dirty. I saw a woman with red hair pick her nose while making sandwiches. Another employee, while making food, had open and bleeding sores on her face and neck. The employee with red hair used the n word describing another employee. It is a bad place.

Brand new store, great location. Outside is one of the nicest Dunkin I have seen, easy access for handicapped, large wide sidewalk and entrance area. Two doors to come in and out of, convenient for busy times. Large seating area, beautifully decorated. Kiosk to buy Dunkin items such as travel mugs, inner tubes shaped as a donut, coffee, etc. Large windows for plenty of sunlight and people watching. If you sit at the bar, you get a straight view of people leaning their butts on window. We had to move because one lady must have had an underwear malfunction and had her hand way down her pants. Butt seriously, don't let that stop you for coming here, it's an awesome place, and the show is free.
