Primo Hoagies

This place was terrible I come in when no body is there as in customers thinking I was gonna receive good food fast and cheap. Not knowing what to do are what to get it was a little confusing the menu being on the wall when you walk in. And the prices are way over priced I could easily go next door to subway and grab something twice as cheap than what I got here. And lastly the choices are very limited for toppings and drinks in the store too. Also the staff was not very helpful and just stood there on her cell phone when I had asked for a cup of water which tasted like chlorine I waited 20 minutes to get my food that wasn't even worth the money I payed for it. Don't go here for a date unless you got deep pockets and like waiting 30 minutes plus for your food.

Downhill slide of late as far as staffing and sandwich quality. They neglected to include or even offer peppers on one of their Diablo sandwiches during a recent visit. Also, the shop is often only staffed by one person who is responsible for taking guests' orders and making sandwiches during the lunch rush. It just dont work and quality suffers. Far cry from their grand opening glory days.

I am a repeat customer, like 2 or 3 times a week. I went in tonight "Friday" around 1930 HRS or 730PM and they close at 2000 HRS or 8PM there were customers in there sitting at tables and eating I didn't even get to the counter and was told by a RUDE employee that we are not making anymore sandwiches. I don't understand you close at 8 why do you stop making food at 730. Well they just lost a good customer because of there laziness I will never eat there again!!!!
