Huddle House

I don’t normally wright reviews but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this huddle house, but today I figured I would give them a Chance to redeem themselves and it didn’t go so well. when I got my food I noticed a small piece of hair sticking out of my gravy and then when I went to pull on it it was a long piece of curly black hair and before you think oh you put the hair there to get free food, No! I have red hair and it’s straight as a board and my hair was also in a bun. When they finally remade my meal they didn’t bring the toast that also came with it but I wasn’t going to say anything because I was just done at that point and wanted to eat. I didn’t make a big deal about it and still payed 9.59 for it but I probably won’t be back to this huddle house

As I type this. I have been sitting for hour and a half waiting on my food. No one is getting served due to the owners giving priority to door dash. When their tickets come in, your order gets pushed back in line. The wait staff and cooks are working hard. But management has give de-prioritized to in house guest. Don't eat hear unless you have a lot of time to kill. Get take out instead. *** Edit February 7 it is a few weeks later, and if you see below the owner asked me to contact them. I did. I responded to the email they listed. I have had no further response from this Huddle House. Guys,you failed, AGAIN......

Best service ever. My boyfriend and I decided to split a meal and our waitress, Lisa, went above and beyond. When she brought us our food, she had everything split evenly and on separate plates for us. She was also very attentive and never let our coffee get low. Lisa was the friendliest, sweetest waitress.

Very slow to get food. It was 75% empty still took longer than needed. Come to find out our ticket got lost and no one decided to ask a waitress to get the ticket again. 🙃 not even a sorry and or discount. Food came cold my cheese was one slice of prepackaged cheese that wasn't melted even though it was sandwiched in the hashbrowns. The table next to us also complained about their food being cold.

My first time and I would love to leave good feedback. However I can't... It took 40 mins to get our food... Plus one waitress came around yelling to I'm assuming the manager to "get your boy" again assuming the cook... My order was of course wrong and it took another 35 mins waiting on check so we stood at the register for another 15 mins just to pay our bill... I know it gets crazy in the food industry but everything we witnessed is unprofessional and not organized
