Dunkin'

The only reason I'm gonna be generous enough to give them 2 stars is because the donuts were good. But they were put into the bag lazily without any form of separation to my sandwich and the icing was all over the bag, which is also very unsanitary. My croissant sandwich was colder than room temperature and tasted like they slapped 3 week old ingredients on it without warming it up or cooking it at all. My tea was tea, you can't necessarily go wrong with putting ice in water.

Although they didn’t have pesto for the sandwich we wanted to try, we asked them to surprise us with some type of caramel coffee and they did NOT disappoint. It was amazingggggg. Cold brew with 3 caramel swirl and salted caramel cold foam is definitely worth the try. The employees were happy, helpful, and nice. Great crew of people you got and they all need some raises if you don’t mind me saying! Well done and thanks so much!

Every time I’ve gone to this location, with the intent of buying donuts, I’m advised that, “We’re out of those”, and there is a very slim selection. It does seem to matter when you go. It seems that there is poor estimating when it comes to prep for the day. I have better luck just going over to Kwik Trip.

The last 10+ times we have been there, they are always out of frosted donuts with sprinkles. My kids always leave sad cause that is all they want...sprinkles. how hard is it to keep sprinkles on hand...its a donuts shop! Their frozen coffees are always melted and when you order hot coffee they only fill the cup up half way. Get it together.

Customer service here is horrible. We went through the drive through and we felt rushed the whole time. The lady that was talking to us through the speaker, raised her voice at us, yelling, “is there anything else I can get you!” When we pulled up to the window, we asked if they were busy, knowing they weren’t because it was 8am and we were the only ones in the drive through and no one in the parking lot. The man replied no we’re not. When we were ordering, there was actually an employee that came out of the door by the drive threw, to laugh at us and walked back in. When we received our food, the hash browns were dumped in the bottom the bag and weren’t even fully cooked and greasy. Our sandwiches were awful, they asked if we wanted white cheddar cheese, which I replied yes to. They put different cheese on it and it was half off the sandwich. The sandwich also had a bad after taste and was slimy. I will never be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts, I would much rather spend the gas money to go to the one in rib mountain or spend more at Starbucks where they actually have decent employees.

Literally every time I get warm food it’s always cold. I ordered snackin bacon and it was just plain cold soggy bacon. Ordered some stuffed bagel minis and the cream cheese was still cold and frozen on the inside. This has happened just about every time I’ve gotten warm food there. The only reason I’m giving 2 star is because the drinks are usually always pretty good. Stop being lazy Dunkin’ and make sure ur food tastes fresh, warm, and ready for the customers to eat.
