We had the pleasure of dining at Huddle House today for a late breakfast. Today is Memorial Day and the restaurant was VERY busy. There was a large party of 10 who were upset for having to wait a longer amount of time than usual.
A smaller party of 3 came in to the restaurant and was seated before the large party and members of the large party became verbally abusive. They started cursing the Huddle House employees and making threats. The HH staff handled the situation well considering the situation was volatile and rapidly declining.
The management asked the party to leave and they refused to do so and continued berating the employees until the police came and forced them to leave the premises. The manager (Jean) was very apologetic and personally went to each table to say she was sorry for what happened even though it was beyond her control and not her fault.

Has made a turn around with the new owners, love the food, hospitality is on point. Jean is the sweetest woman you can possibly know, hardest worker also, place do need more hands but I assume it's like that everywhere.

I absolutely love the folks in here. It was slammed to the gills the day we were there and the waitress bless her, was struggling as well as the chef, but even with the wait, the food was outstanding and the people that prepared it shined as always. I love you all and appreciate y'all's hard work.

The Huddle House in Savannah TN has really gone down hill both food and help wise. We had some very rude waitresses. And do not ask for eggs cooked over medium bc they will be slimy and not done. And when we told them our eggs were not done we were treated rude and asked not to come back. I've never had such nasty food or treated more rude anywhere ... I would not recommend you even take your animals to eat there.

Order is always wrong, waitresses will walk past you and take someone else order that came in after you causing an even longer wait time. Today for example, arrived at 1:45 and just walked out at 2:40 because we still didn't get the food we ordered. Note it's me my wife and a kid, not a big order. A party of 10+ walks in after us and gets their order taken and receives their food before us. So much for feeding my child before tball practice. Thanks huddle house. I see why yall got closed down the 1st time

I expected a little more from this location since it's in beautiful historic Savannah, and the signage out front is so new and fancy looking. Just a regular ol' Huddle House. Food is so-so but you always know what you're getting.

Waited over 30 minutes 3 groups walked in after us and they were waited on first. We were not even looked at . No drinks no menues nothing. And we have my 1 yr old child with us.

The food was absolutely great the hospitality shown to me and my wife through the personnel was awesome I have no complaints no whatsoever I highly recommend anybody to go there at the huddle House since Savannah Tennessee and throw down!!!!
