Burger King

I need to remember never to go back there. Went the other day to get A large fry and a large Coke and the line was sort of long. It took 15 minutes to get to order and I was the second car to order. The kid told me I couldn’t order a large fry and a large Coke because they don’t allow it there. Funny how you can go to any Burger King and have no problems ordering this. I asked him are you out of fries and he said no I said well why can’t I get a large? He said because they don’t allow it. I told him that makes no sense and I asked him what size I could get he said I could get a medium. Then he proceeded to say I couldn’t get a large Coke. It was carbonated and then they didn’t have any. I waited a half an hour in line and I was tempted to leave which I should’ve. When I took a bite of my french fries they tasted like rancid oil. I know they have a skeleton crew so they probably don’t change their oil or even clean the place. They just need to shut it down if they don’t have enough people to run it properly. My friends told me don’t go there people have been getting sick from their food and it’s one of the worst places to go. I will never go back there.

Really didn't care for it. Haven't been to a Burger King in awhile and wanted to give them a chance. Ordered the Chiking sandwich. The design of the drive thru is ridiculous. In order to get your food they turn you to the front of the building and dump you back into the drive thru line. Luckily they were not busy so the drive thru line wasn't a problem but if this store was actually busy it would be a disaster. The Sandwich was burn't and tasted of old grease, as did the fries. No receipt given. Just when I had forgotten why I hadn't been to a burger king in a long time I am reminded. The sad thing is the ownership used to be concerned about the product their stores put out. I guess now not so much.

Went inside at 9:30pm when the dining room should have been open (door was unlocked). Someone who wasn’t in a uniform but was talking to other employees came up to us saying “lobby’s closed”. Took us a minute to understand him and he got irritated with us. Followed us to the door and locked it behind us. It was super fishy and weird. We only tried to go inside because the drive thru wasn’t moving. Go somewhere less sketchy, it’s a better use of your time.

It took 45 minute to use the drive thru. You order at to the sign, you pay at the first window, and get food at the second window then you drive to the front of the building and someone walks outside with your food. That's great and all but how do you get out with other cars coming in to start to drive thru? I feel like this is very dangerous and very irresponsible a Burger King. . Dumbest thing I've seen all year

Burger King is a a wonderful place to go to eat or work they got good customer service they patient and they take time making sure the food good make sure the customers is appreciated with the food and the crew members show respect funny and make sure everything is all right with the customers. The general manager make sure his crew shows respect to the customers and everyone who works with them

We ate here our first day in Savannah for a quick, inexpensive lunch and the dining room was closed, but no signs on the door or marquee sign outside. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to get into and out of our car, so I was frustrated after going thru the literal pain to get out of my car, only to be told "dining room is closed". We had to get back in car and go thru drive thru. Then, we stopped here our last day to grab a quick lunch before starting our 7 hour drive home. We went thru the drive thru and placed our order on BK's Mobile app. When we finally got to the drive thru window, after 35 minutes in line...the attendant told us we would have to come qinside to get our mobile order. I explained "I'm handicapped", and he shut the drive thru window in my face! We sat there until he opened the window again, and I said " I'm handicapped and I can't come in" He said you'll need to come inside and speak to my manager. My husband went inside and after 15 more minutes, we FINALLY got our food! Don't eat here if you're on a schedule, are handicapped or desire to be treated well. The food was hot and fresh, but it took us over an HOUR to get it!

Came about 1045pm, they close at midnight. They said they were only serving impossible whoppers, I said okay. Then he said they were only serving onion rings, I said okay. He asked "you sure you don't want it?" Why y'all even open at that point. Just close early if you don't have it or don't want to serve people. An extreme disappointment.
