I had the longest piece of hair in my Cinnabon took it back the next day (Sunday) because that’s when I had time to enjoy it and they have yet to give me a refund. Only offered me another Cinnabon and I declined. It has now been a week the number doesn’t work and I stay too far to go up there everyday! I hope management can reach out and get this resolved ASAP! Highly do not recommend!!

Extremely long lines with no visible intentions to get the line moving faster. Food is fine and the staff is very nice. Better management and training is a deit is a definite must have for this business.

Manager is rude. Two times asked when they open and 2x said 11am. Then watched customers right after getting waited on. So are we picking and chosing who to help before open? Service was slow, out of product, and some product posted they weren't serving. That wasn't even my issue because they are new, but the rudeness and picking and chosing who they were going to wait on was just bad business.

They open n closed Cinnabon when they feel like it ! I’m mad because in waited in the line for like 33 mins because I was getting my necklace cleaned at pandora and when I got to the front she said they were closed but annies open

Waited 20 mins in line for them to try and give me two burnt Cinnabons. Once I waited for more, they barely had frosting on them and of course, a side of frosting was extra.

Went to this place TWICE the first time the baker was late and said it was going to be a 2 hour wait for a Cinnabon on this the the young cashier was very polite and friendly so I decided to come back the second time was extremely unacceptable the young cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked can I get a certain Cinnabon from the the pan of Cinnabon that was on display she stated she couldn’t give it then asked why she gave an unacceptable excuse saying she can’t cross over but one she didn’t have gloves on or a name tag! The manager wasn’t any better overall I not please with this new reopening of Cinnabon! Both visit was extremely under staff and certain products were not ready once opened. They should’ve keep this popular business closed at this point because the employees are making it have a bad name for this company. Employees need a very well in depth training on customer service because it was extremely unacceptable.
