Smallcakes: A Cupcakery

Ordered a cake for my wife and a cupcake for my daughter for Valentine’s Day 2 days prior, and the cake/cupcake were ready for me to pick up with no issues. The cake and cupcake were perfect, delicious, and moist. The staff is incredibly pleasant. To top all that off Small Cakes of Savannah is reasonably priced. I wish I had a picture of the cake but it was just that good didn’t have time to take a picture.

This cupcake place won the battle at a gender reveal party I had. My wife was surprised that I ordered cupcakes when she had a change of heart to go another route. The kind woman who tends the counter and bakes has a very beautiful accent. I can’t put my finger on it. But aside from that, the cupcakes here have more sex appeal than said accent. So beautiful, moist succulent and seductive. My favorite flavor is the ho-ho looking one. They also offer military discount. Without me getting carried away get your cupcakes here.

When in search of our wedding cake/cupcakes we were looking for a particular array of flavors within our small budget. We had a small destination wedding in Savannah and because we live in Maryland and weren't planning on going to GA until our wedding we were looking for a vendor we could taste their products before making our final decision. Thankfully Smallcakes being a franchise we were able to try cupcakes at their location in Baltimore near us. Once we tasted what they had to offer and saw they're reasonable prices we knew we found our wedding cake/cupcake vendor! I mainly communicated with Taylor Clore at Smallcakes in Savannah and was very happy with how easy it was to communicate with her. She followed up on all of my questions and phone calls and made sure to provide me with everything we needed. I also was happy that we were able to choose from flavors that weren't already on their current menu. We had one of our cupcake flavors be the "Bees Knees" (honey pecan cake with honey brown sugar buttercream) which all of our guests loved! Our guests also enjoyed the other flavors we got which were Peanut Butter Cup, Vanilla n Chocolate and Red Velvet. Overall I am very happy with our experience with Smallcakes and would recommend them to other brides.
