Firehouse Subs

Ashley and Aaron were just absolutely amazing. They customer service is always up to a high standard . I told myself I wasn’t going to eat here because I had a bad experience with a manager named Shadyke or something being just rude, but when I heard there was new management I had to give it another try and These 2 made me believe in firehouse again. Sub was hot and delicious

Came in today 10/06/23 and seen that there was only two staff members working as fast as they could to get all the orders out in a timely manner! This is a great change to see because the normal manager that is here is very rude and would rather chase one of the crew members around yell and smoke, and were flip flops to work

Excellent costumer service and good vibes. The staff is always very friendly, polite and helpful. They take the time to get to know the locals and are always happy to see me when I come in. The wait is never too long despite how many orders they have at any given time. Highly recommend Firehouse on victory!!

Wayshia, You are a masterful shift leader. Through courtesy, kindness, and attention to detail, you’ve orchestrated the most magnificent experience for diners of Firehouse Subs. From the moment I walked in, I knew this location was different. The floors and walls were immaculately clean, the tables were orderly and sparkled under the fluorescent lights, the prep area was divine. I hope you see this review and it puts a smile on your face, or rather an ear to ear grin, in the same way that eating the Italian Salad with Grilled Chicken that you prepared did for me.

Went in last night around 8:30pm and was instantly greeted. The cashier Antonio was very nice and upbeat and suggested a top selling sandwich after I struggled to make a decision. The place was very clean and you could smell the clean. While waiting I noticed the two young girls were putting out orders pretty quickly. I decided to dine in and Antonio brought me my sandwich and after a few minutes, Matt came by and asked how my sandwich was and before long we where having a conversation about things to do in Savannah. The staff here was very pleasant and engaging. Definitely a good thing these days. Best customer service I've had in a while. I'll definitely be back and hope to see them again!
