Food was good. Chicken mildly spicy. The service at the window was poor telling us they didn't have things they did. Went inside and got Bojangles sauce. It was quite good. Seemed understaffed like most places now days

I have not had Bojangles fried chicken in years as there's not one close to me. I was more than satisfied with my order. I love the spiciness of of the flavorings that they use it makes me have joy. They do fantastic green beans and Cajun rice as well. Not the healthiest of meals but when you are on vacation and don't want to go out to eat this more than Hits the Spot. I also love to have the cold drums and thighs in the morning for breakfast.

This morning I was served by a gentleman named telly and he was so kind to me. He was the one to make my breakfast this morning. Truly grateful for his amazing customer service and kindness. The food was great and will definitely be coming back because of it.

Good food and good service. The biscuits are fantastic and they are a must. Good place to get any meal in a hurry they do a pretty good job and the staff is friendly. If I am going to get some fried chicken this is a pretty choice. Derenne is a pain to navigate but this Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits does a great job.

I would give it five star if the waiting time was not that long, but the food is great and apparently this business cares about the environment so they use paper straws.

Okay, isn't what it used to be as far as a fast place chicken joint. But hey they had heart shaped Bo Berry biscuits...

Better to go into the store and say you eating in (if you have time to wait) you get better looking food that way. Going through the drive thru is hit or miss. I always order wings inside I got pretty nice size one outside little baby one. The chicken was to little to die; he needed more time to grow.

They always are friendly and fast, serving hot, fresh great tasting food. The breakfast is filling at a great value. The chicken has superb flavor and crispy crunch skin. Love that dirty rice!
