Customer service is always above par.
It makes my day to deal with them at the end of a stressful day.
Food in general is fresh, clean and hot.
The only complaint I have is with the salads.
I love the salad combinations BUT I'm tired of buying salads and getting home to only have to through the lettuce out.
PLEASE.. check the quality and freshness of the lettuce.
The baked potatoes are FANTASTIC.

My mom and I went here yesterday and ordered from drive thru. I ordered a Bacon Deluxe Meal and she ordered a Dave's Single with an Apple Pecan Salad, we also got 6 Chicken Nuggets for our dog. When we got home we realized that they forgot her Salad. She called and because of it being a 15min drive she was frustrated and was a little rude with the Manager, which he didn't like. She goes to get her Salad and apologized to the Manager, which afterwards he became Confrontational and Argumentative towards her. Employees shouldn't act in this manner and should be professional especially him being the manager should know better.
