Long waits, but kind service and tasty drinks. Both the pearls and coffee jelly are very good. Go at a less busy time if you're in a rush, otherwise expect to wait 15-20 minutes during rush times.

After reading reviews was expected a very long wait. There were probably 8 orders before mine. Well to my surprise it was maybe 10 minutes but no longer than that. Had the taro with bubbles. It's was pretty good. Without a doubt I'll be back.

Pretty long wait...approximately twenty minutes after we ordered. I had the butterfly pea and green tea latte, which was good, but not amazing. Enjoyed my partners more, which was some kind of jelly and roasted milk. From what I tried, I wouldn't say it's the best bubble tea in town (that still goes to Cesar's IMO), but I'm willing to give it another try.

If you like bubble tea, you'll love Chatime! So many flavours to choose from and you can customize your drink (amount of sugar and ice, the type of jelly or pearls etc). The drinks are addicting and made perfectly. The flavours taste natural (doesn't taste like it was made from powders or sugary syrups compared to other places that make bubble tea in Saskatoon). So far, all the flavours I had tried were delicious! They're always busy everytime I go there, so be prepared to wait a while for your drink

Other reviews state that this is the best bubble tea in town and that it's on par with the larger centers in Canada.... but I'm from Vancouver, and I'd say that Saskatoon's Chatime is just ok, and it's certainly questionable about whether it is worth the astronomical prices.

I was really disappointed with the limited menu. Searching for a menu beforehand, I ended up on the "Chatime Canada" website and the choices looked GREAT, but it turns out that it was just for the Toronto franchises. The extremely limited choices for milk teas and slushes will probably keep me from returning. Hopefully it's just because it's a newer store. And the service was brutal - 5 people behind the counter, with one taking orders, one making drinks, one on her phone, one busy drinking her own drink, one just wandering aimlessly? Cut down on the staff and use that extra funds to either add more flavours or bring down the drink price. There is no reason to be waiting 15 minutes for 2 drinks when there's 5 people back there.

I guess I continue my wait for a bubble tea place in Saskatoon that is actually on par with Vancouver.

Honestly, the best tasting bubble tea in Saskatoon. Nothing else compares at all. Tastes the same as TO, Vancouver, etc.

HOWEVER, be warned:
1. If you get 100% sweetness, you will have a headache before you finish.
2. They run out of pearls if you go too late at night (i.e. an hour before closing).
3. One time I went it took 25 minutes to get me my one milk tea. It was busy, but I feel like anything over 5-10 minutes deserves a warning before you pay, as 5-10 minutes is the max normal length for bubble tea, and I'm pretty sure they knew how long it was going to take. I'm definitely asking next time before I pay.

In terms of taste, it's the same as Toronto and everywhere else.. what they really lack here is the service. On average, 3-5 workers on site but still it takes more than 5 minutes for one of their top selling drinks "pearl milk tea". I'm standing here watching customers get frustrated as the workers seem unsure of what to do... there's no line up but I can't imagine if there was, your drink would take more than 15 minutes. I'm at 12 minute wait right now...

A message to the owner... please instruct and train your staff to be prepared for a busy night and for them to speed it up. It's not difficult to make a drink when everything is PREPARED already.
