Panera is really amazing with their free fountain drink offer until Independence day but patrons beware! I went to take advantage of the free ice coffee around 5PM and it was filled with gnat city! :(

I’m done! Last 2 visits were bad! Last time salads were not fresh and I had an Asian dressing on a Greek salad 🥴
Today was just gross! Checked my pick up order, One soup was missing, they corrected it and added a cookie. Got home, salads are wilted, the cucumber salad was frozen, and my husband found a HAIR in his soup!!!! 🤮 Never going to this location again, wish the health inspector would!

Service was nice. Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado Wrap wasn't the best one in this location. However overall it's nice experience.

Store is very nice. Everything was clean including the bathroom. Went in at 10:34 for breakfast I 1/19/22. I was told breakfast ended at 10:30. Really? 4 minutes? Seems like it could be made. The store was not busy at all. I guess that they turn away paying customers for 4 minutes. Sorry if it seems petty, but I would never eat here now. Even if I wanted Panera bread, which I always do, I would go to another location.

Love to pick up a loaf of fresh bread. White miche is a classic white that goes with everything. Tomato Basil makes wonderful sandwiches or toast. The bread can be frozen, if you don’t think you can finish it before it gets stale. If it goes stale, make croutons or bread crumbs.

Never failed having good foods in other Panera, but here always filed. Foods I order never be prepared well enough. Always had tiny little amount of vegetables even though it was an oder with extra vege options. I think staffs in the kitchen must need re education.

Or Rather Panera “without the bread” this bread based restaurant seems to run out of bread more often than not.
I don’t understand how they can’t plan accordingly to make sure they don’t run out of their breads 2 hours before closing. Or why can’t they get back to baking to refresh their breads? Seems to becoming more and more of an issue and is now something I have to call ahead of time to insure rather than placing my whole order for them to tell me after everything they are out of the breads. Clearly an easy fix that has yet to be fixed.
